You are in great hands

Step one: Chiropractic

During your first visit, your chiropractor will review your medical and case history.

For diagnosis, they will examine your posture, test your joints and muscles, evaluate your nerves and in some cases refer for further imaging such as x-ray or MRI.

From there, your chiropractor will explain your diagnosis, and help you choose options for treatment.

Step two: Rehabilitation

As your body begins working better we need to strengthen and condition it to keep it working better.

This may involve some extra exercises but typically means altering or changing what you are already doing.

Step three: Wellbeing

This is doing all the things you want to do when you want to do them!

This may include: classes, exercise, playing with your children or grandchildren, thriving at your career, and much more…
